The Water in the SMOKING BUCKETS outside the entranceway was FROZEN last night. I believe this may be a FIRE HAZARD, since my discarded lighted butts started IGNITING THE GARBAGE in them. As an upstanding citizen I chose not to snuff my cigarettes on the sidewalk or gutter for fear of putting the establishment at risk for a littering violation. I believe the situation can be remedied by evenly distributing some SMALL FIREPROOF DISH-LIKE UNITS (a.k.a. "ASHTRAYS") about the cozy bar to prevent such potential mishaps, until the weather is more cooperative - or better yet PERMANENTLY - due to the nature of how unpredictable the weather can be - (i.e. Rain, Snow, Sleet, Hail, Lightning, Tornadoes or Sweltering Heat - (By the way I have seen such buckets being ripped away from their holds in high winds and severely injure innocent handicapped pedestrians). Until then it leaves me no choice but to buy a suitcase of discount BEER, some LIQUOR, and invite some of my pub cohorts up to my toasty abode to watch some HDTV SPORTING EVENTS on my BIG ASS Plasma TV.
